Zoe Ball's body doesn't "mix" well with alcohol.
The 46-year-old radio and television presenter has admitted she has struggled to learn she cannot cope with boozy beverages and doesn't believe having a few glasses of wine is worth the headache or the high calories.
Speaking to Stylist magazine about the hardest lesson she has had to learn, she said: "That alcohol and I don;t mix - it's not worth the headache (or the calories)."
However, the blonde beauty does get pleasure from eating a meat feast, followed by a tasty pastry.
She explained: "Steak, greens and grilled tomatoes followed by a chocolate eclair or a Chinese takeaway or a roast ... any food frankly [gives me happiness]."
And the 'Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two' host - who competed on the BBC programme in 2005 - believes the meaning of life is to eat well, rest and to constantly repeat that process over and over again.
She explained: "To eat, sleep, make mistakes, repeat."
Zoe has revealed her happy place is when she is "snug" on the sofa with her children Nelly, seven, and Woody, 16, eating a bowl full of snacks.
She explained: "Snug on the sofa in PJs and bed socks with my two kids, next to a roaring fire with a belly full of snacks."
