Zara Larsson’s New Year’s resolution is to get more sleep.
The 26-year-old singer - who rose to fame when she won the 2008 series of Swedish talent show ‘Talang’ at the age of just 10 – has pledged to adhere to more “boring” habits in 2024 in order to feel her best.
Asked if she will be making any New Year’s resolutions, she told BANG Showbiz: “Try to get to sleep on time. Try to have a nice little routine!
“Three meals a day, good sleeping schedule, like boring stuff. That’s about it.”
But Zara admitted that she struggled to keep to her resolutions, and so felt it was best if she didn’t create too many in case she failed to maintain them.
She added: “I think New Year’s resolutions are really hard. I don’t want to limit myself.
“I want to cook more!”
The ‘Carry You Home’ singer has been busy working on her new album ‘Venus’, which is set to release early next year and will be part of a big year for the star.
Asked if she’s got a lot planned, she said: “Absolutely. My album is coming out 9th February, ‘Venus’, and then it’s just like touring, touring, touring.
“I love it. I love all of this, like, I love a radio promo, I love a photo shoot, I love a video shoot, but like, I do all of that just so I can tour. Live performing is everything to me.
“I think for me, this [promotion of her songs] is very easy, but it’s just fun.
“[You] get to go and talk to people about yourself, and like, stuff that you love, and you get to like, dress up nice and have a good time.
“I think it is very easy and fun.”
