The former 'High School Musical' star Efron says having his 'Neighbours' co-star produce the comedy helped him become more entertaining because Seth has the ability to make "anything funny" and he admires the actor's sense of humour.
Speaking during an appearance on BBC Radio 1's 'Breakfast Show', Zac, 26, gushed: "I have always appreciated Seth's sense of humour, because it's so honest, it's really self-deprecating, and I've identified with it since I was super young. He's so good. He makes anything funny.
"He does [make me funnier], he passes the Seth energy on. He makes everybody funny."
Zac - who stars as a hell-raising college fraternity member that causes chaos when Seth moves in next door - enjoyed having the actor as his producer, and would love his co-star to take on that role in all of his movies.
He added: "Our relationship never changes, I wish Seth could produce every film I'm in, he kind of just takes the lead he is always setting the pace and the tone for everybody. He helped the director, Nicholas Stoller, that's what Seth is able to do, ground everything. He is a great idea guy, and he's great to improvise with."
