Woody Harrelson wants to open a marijuana dispensary.
The 'Hunger Games' actor was one of 66 people who has applied for a license to run one of the medical dispensaries, which will open in the state of Hawaii.
The Hawaii Department of Health has made public the list of 66 applications on its website, and is now reviewing each of them for dispensary permits, which they will award in April.
Successful applicants must have been resident in Hawaii for more than five years, have $1 million cash, plus $100,000 for each dispensary location.
If the 54-year-old actor successfully wins one of the eight licenses available, he will be allowed to have two production centres and two retail dispensaries, which are set to open in July.
The 'Natural Born Killers' star would open the facilities under his company name Simple Organic Living.
Woody, who has been an advocate for the legalisation of the drug for some time, reportedly has a home on the Hawaiian island of Maui.
Other applicants include video game entrepreneur Henk Rogers - who is most famous for popularising 'Tetris' - TV producer Dirk Fukushima and former University of Hawaii Regent Charles Kawakami.
