Bobby Brown claims Whitney Houston took cocaine on their wedding day.
The singer claims that the 48-year-old star, who married Bobby in 1992, three years after they met at The Soul Train Music Awards, took drugs on her big day, prior to the ceremony.
But Bobby has also insisted Whitney's drug use was not typical of the 'I Will Always Love You' singer, telling ABC News' '20/20': "She wasn't that. The drugs wasn't her. She did drugs but drugs didn't do her. She knew how to handle herself. It only made me love and want to protect her more."
In his memoirs, Bobby writes he peeked in on Whitney before the ceremony and was "shocked" to witness her "hunched over a bureau snorting a line of coke".
He also claimed that his ex-wife offered him a hit, but he refused.
Bobby has previously denied allegations he helped get Whitney hooked on drugs.
He said: "It wasn't me who started her. I take my part and I take it hard for me even being a part of it, but we all have our own minds and some of us are stronger than others."
The 'Two Can Play That Game' hitmaker claimed that drugs were part of her life "way before" their relationship.
He said: "I smoked weed, I drank the beer, but no, I wasn't the one that got Whitney on drugs at all. It's just unexplainable how one could, you know, [claim that I] got her addicted to drugs."
Bobby also said it hurt him to think that fans thought he was responsible for her death.
He added: "I'm not the reason she's gone. It makes me feel terrible. But I know differently. I think if anyone ever knew us, if anybody ever spent time around us instead of time looking through the bubble, they would know how we felt about each other.
"They would know how happy we were together. For the rest of my life, I will have that feeling towards her because she was the one person that knew me - that one person who had no judgement."
