Victoria Beckham has given up high heels.
The fashion designer was advised by her doctor to ditch the killer shoes five years ago or risk permanent damage to her feet and it seems she's finally decided to take his medical opinion on board as she's swapped them in favour of flats.
She explained to the Daily Telegraph newspaper: "I think people saw the real me when I came out in a pair of men's trousers, a roll-neck, and trainers.
"I just can't do heels any more. At least not when I'm working. I travel a lot. Clothes have to be simple and comfortable."
And it's not just her choice of shoe that has changed over the years as the 41-year-old beauty also believes her highly-popular VB collection has changed over the years.
The former Spice Girls singer said: "From the start, this has been about creating something that bridges the gap between denim and my mainline - and about doing so within an achievable price point. It's about being fun but not too much fun."
Meanwhile, it seems Victoria's four-year-old daughter Harper - who she has with her husband David Beckham - is following in her mother's footsteps as she's developed her passion for fashion.
She said recently: "Harper is incredibly chic and wears some incredibly sweet things. She's a very stylish little thing with her own sense of how she wants to dress."
