The former 'Geordie Shore' star, 28, has enjoyed a romantic dinner with the 'Made in Chelsea' lothario after he sent her one hundred red roses for Valentine's Day last month.
She told the Daily Mail newspaper: "I went on a date with a certain Spencer Matthews last week. We enjoyed a lovely night having drinks and dinner. The date was really nice."
But, despite the 26-year-old hunk's efforts to woo the 'Loose Women' panellist, the brunette beauty doesn't know if anything serious will blossom between the pair as they have polar opposite lifestyles and very different upbringings.
Writing in her new! magazine column, she said "It's weird because I've got a lot of time for him, but I'm not sure how much we have in common. I'm not his usual type, put it that way! You never know what may happen in the future and I'm not totally ruling out a romance just yet. Let me be clear, though, I don't need a man. He's a real gentleman, but I can wine and dine myself, thank you very much."
The potential couple first hit it off late last year when they met in the 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' jungle but they weren't given the time to pursue their chemistry as Spencer was forced to leave the Australian outback on medical grounds.
