Vanessa White has had an alcohol-free January.
The Saturdays singer treated herself to a glass of red wine at the Ralph Lauren for Vision Express launch party in London last night (30.01.14) after cutting out alcoholic beverages for a whole month.
Speaking at the event held at Vision Express' flagship Oxford Street store, Vanessa talking exclusively said: "This is actually my first drink of 2014 so far, I've not had one all month."
This comes after the 'What About Us' hitmaker admitted she had cut down on partying last winter when her band mates Rochelle Humes, Mollie King, Una Foden and Frankie Sandford advised her to stop going out as much.
Vanessa says she has been staying in far more in recent weeks and has taken up Pilates and yoga in a bid to refocus her lifestyle.
The 24-year-old beauty explained: "I've taken up a new hobby instead, exercising. I've become obsessed with yoga and Pilates, I love it, it's so relaxing. It's so addictive."
The star remained coy when quizzed about the girls' new music video, which they teased fans they were shooting over Twitter earlier this week.
She hinted: "I can't say what song it's going to be, but there is going to be a lot of neon in the video... Neon lights."
Vanessa was joined by a host of stars including Ashley Roberts, Stooshe and the cast 'Made In Chelsea' for an exclusive reveal of Ralph Lauren's new Western Collection eyewear at Vision Express, where celebrity stylist Gemma Sheppard was at hand to offer bespoke advice.
