Uma Thurman and her ex-fiancé Arpad Busson have settled their child custody battle.
The pair exchanged friendly kisses after the hearing in Manhattan on Thursday (17.09.15), which was triggered by Arpad who sued Uma for more time with their three-year-old daughter Rosalind (known as Luna).
Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Matthew Cooper praised the former couple for working out an amicable settlement, saying: "Everybody compromised a bit... I think it was all done to make one person happy and that one person is Luna.
"Both parties worked very hard to come up with an agreement that's in the best interests of your daughter.
Uma, 45, started dating French financier Arpad, 52, in 2007 and they got engaged the following year.
The on/off couple - who previously split before reconciling - welcomed Luna in 2012 but called off their engagement again last year.
Uma has a son and daughter from her marriage to Ethan Hawke, who she divorced in 2005, while Arpad has two sons with his ex Elle Macpherson.
Uma recently gushed about all three of her children, saying she is very proud of how they "conduct themselves".
The 'Pulp Fiction' star said: "I'm madly in love with all of my children and very proud of them. I think they conduct themselves with a lot of dignity and respect for others. It's all a parent could dream of."
