Tulisa Contostavlos has been released on bail following her arrest for failing a breath test after crashing her Ferrari on Thursday (10.09.15).
The former X Factor judge slammed into another car after travelling on the wrong side of the road near her home in North London around midnight and according to The Sun, "she gave a positive breath test at the roadside and admitted to having a drink 20 minutes earlier".
She was arrested and police later confirmed the 27-year-old singer was being questioned on suspicion of dangerous driving.
Tulisa was released on bail after 22 hours in custody and is due in court in November.
An eyewitness to the crash told the paper: "I heard a huge bang and thought straight away, 'someone's dead'. I was amazed no one was seriously hurt.
"The couple in the other car looked really shaken up."
The car Tulisa hit - a Saab - was occupied by an elderly couple at the time of the crash.
Another witness added: "The guy in the Saab was shaking at the wheel when I got there and his wife was also shaken up."
A male pal was with Tulisa in the car.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: "Police were called following reports of two cars in collision shortly after midnight. There were no reported injuries.
"One of the drivers, a 27-year-old woman, was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving."
