Tulisa Contostavlos has been charged with drink-driving.
The N-Dubz singer was slapped with the charge earlier this month after she crashed her £150,000 Ferrari outside a tube station in Southgate, north London on September 10.
A spokesman for Metropolitan Police told MailOnine: "Tulisa Contostavlos, 27, was charged on Monday, 7 March with drink-driving and dangerous driving."
The smash, which saw the star plough into an elderly couple's car, reportedly happened just days after the former 'X Factor' judge picked up the new vehicle from the garage.
Police officers rushed to the scene and breathalysed Tulisa, before she was arrested, held in custody for almost 22 hours and later released on bail pending further enquiries.
The 27-year-old star is scheduled to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court in London on April 4, 2016.
If found guilty, the 'Young' hitmaker could face having her driving licence taken away, as well as a prison sentence.
Meanwhile, despite the ongoing investigations over the past six months, Tulisa has been busy trying to get her career back on track by spending time in the studio penning songs.
But it hasn't been easy for the singer as two years ago she found herself caught up in a drugs scandal, which ended with her walking free from court when the trial collapsed.
