Tori Spelling is excited to be working with Jennie Garth again.
The former 'Beverly Hills 90210' actresses have teamed up to star in the new ABC Family comedy 'Mystery Girls' and Tori, 40, says they are having a lot of fun on set.
She told UsMagazine.com: "[The show] was just the perfect vehicle for me and Jennie. I just thought it would be a great thing for us to do together. We're starring in it together and we're both producing it and it'll be a lot of fun!"
She added: "We did the new '90210' on The CW. I did two episodes of that, so we acted together again after all the years, but it'll be our first time doing a comedy together, which is really exciting."
The blonde beauty, who has four children, Liam, six, Stella, five, Hattie, two, and Finn, 13 months, with her husband Dean McDermott, is eager to get back into acting full-time after starring in her own reality TV show for several years.
She said: "I love performing and I love doing comedy, and it's funny, in my mind that's what I think I excel at, and it's funny that people don't know me for comedy. I put acting kind of on the back burner doing reality and building my brand for so many years that it'll be nice to go back to TV and do something scripted."
She also hopes that it will give a chance for her children to become close to Jennie's daughters, Luca, 16, Lola, 11, and Fiona, seven, whose father is her ex-husband Peter Facinelli.
Tori said: "We haven't actually connected with our kids in years, so it'll be nice because they're all going to come to set and will be reunited there. All our brood - my four kids and her three. Big group!"
