Tom Fletcher's "jaw dropped" when a fan made a cruel remark about his wife Giovanna's "mummy tummy".

The 31-year-old writer, who gave birth to her second son Buddy 12 days ago, has admitted her husband was appalled when a woman commented on her post-baby body and laughed in her face after she stopped them in the street to ask for a photograph with the McFly singer earlier this week.
When asked what Tom thought about the remark, Giovanna said: "His jaw dropped. I just think neither of us could really believe that it was being said and I know that afterwards he kind of came back home and spoke to his mum and dad about it, so he was sharing it with more people than I was!"
Despite taking to her Facebook account yesterday (03.03.16) to comment on the cruel joke, the brunette beauty - who also has two-year-old son Buzz with Tom - has admitted the remark didn't bother her because she's proud of how her body has made and given birth to two beautiful children.
Speaking on 'This Morning' today (04.02.16), she said: "The fact my body has grown two children is just phenomenal."
Meanwhile, although Giovanna has had a rough week, it hasn't all been bad as the talented author was crowned this year's Celebrity Mum by icelolly.com after fighting off stiff competition from the likes of Adele, 'TOWIE' sister Sam and Billie Faiers, Coleen Rooney and Katie Price.
Giovanna said of her win: "I feel really flattered to have been voted icelolly.com Celebrity Mum of the Year 2016. I'd like to say a big thank you to everyone who voted and give a supportive cheer to all the other mums out there plodding their way through the highs and lows of motherhood."
