Tom Daley has got engaged.
The former 'Splash!' presenter and Olympic diver has announced he and his boyfriend of over two years, Dustin Lance Black, are planning to tie the knot.
The couple registered their engagement in The Times newspaper this morning (01.10.15).
It reads: "The engagement is announced between Tom, son of Robert and Debra Daley of Plymouth, and Lance, son of Jeff Bisch of Philadelphia and Anne Bisch of Lake Providence."
Tom, 21, began dating the 41-year-old filmmaker in 2013, shortly after he came out as bisexual in a YouTube video.
He said at the time: "In spring this year my life changed massively when I met someone, and they make me feel so happy, so safe and everything just feels great. That someone is a guy."
And although the bronze medal winner insisted he still fancied girls in the video, just five months later he declared that he was now "a gay man".
Meanwhile, Tom has previously spoken out to insist that it "shouldn't matter who you choose to be in a relationship with".
He said: "I think we live in a society that is far more accepting than it was five or ten years ago, but we've still got a way to go before people no longer assume you're in a heterosexual relationship."
