The American football icon - who is married to Brazilian model Gisele Bundchen - has revealed he turns to the New York-born rap star, as well as the likes of Kendrick Lamar and U2, when he wants to unwind.
Tom told ESPN: "It can be challenging; obviously my mind races a lot. There are a lot of things that I'm thinking about.
"For me, I've learned the car ride home is a great time - 30 minutes of time - where I can listen to music and find a good space for me to be in for the day.
"Music is a great thing for me. That's probably what I do most. And then I try to, at night, make sure I get a little quiet time before I go to bed."
Meanwhile, Gisele previously revealed she worries about the collisions Tom suffers during matches.
The world-famous model - who has kids Vivian, five, and Benjamin, eight, with the sports star - fears for her husband's long-term health.
She shared: "He has concussions pretty much every ... I mean we don't talk about it. But he has concussions and I don't really think it's a healthy thing for your body to go through.
"You know, that kind of aggression all the time, that cannot be healthy for you. I'm planning on having him be healthy and do a lot of fun things when we're like 100, I hope."
