The 53-year-old actress had a gastric band fitted in 2010 and since then has undergone four operations to remove excess skin - including a chin and neck lift, a breast lift and implants, and having it removed from under her arms and stomach - but admits she isn't done with going under the knife to improve her appearance.
She said: "The swelling has gone down and the scarring has faded. I'm feeling great. Everything has been worth it and I'd do it again tomorrow if I had to.
"I'm now really fixated on my thighs - the skin is saggy and I just want to get rid of it.
"The other thing I want to do is fix my piggy nose - I want a nose like LaToya or Janet Jackson.
"I'll get the excess skin removed from my legs and a nose job done at the same time in a couple of months and that will be it."
But Tina insists she isn't "addicted" to cosmetic surgery.
She added: "I'm not addicted to surgery - who'd be addicted to someone cutting you open."
After losing 12 stone, the former 'Shameless' star can't believe the transformation to her figure.
She said: "I weighed myself this morning and was running around the house looking for my camera to take a picture of the scales - I'm 8st. I've not been that weight since I was eight years old. It's just phenomenal to see that number on the scales. I always knew I'd do it one way or another - I thought I'd have to cut my head off to make it to 8st though."
Reaching a dress size 8 has been a goal of Tina's for years.
She admitted to OK! magazine: "For years I've been buying the odd size 8 bikini in the sales, even when I was a size 28 - I knew one day I'd fit into them.
"I used to wear baggy T-shirts over my swimsuits but when I was on holiday last week I wore two of those size 8 bikinis. Who would ever have believed it?"
