Peaches Geldof's husband "is not in any way under suspicion" of involvement in her death.
The body of the 25-year-old presenter was found at her and Thomas Cohen's home in Wrotham, Kent, England, last month and officers are hunting for a drug dealer after tests showed she "likely" died as a result of heroin use.
But Detective Chief Inspector Paul Fotheringham insisted on Friday night (02.05.14) "there is no plan to" arrest or interview the S.C.U.M rocker, who discovered his wife's body in the spare bedroom of the property on April 17.
He also confirmed that drugs paraphernalia was seized from the property on the day Peaches was found, despite previous reports suggesting evidence had been removed by a friend or family member before paramedics arrived.
An inquest hearing earlier this week revealed that Thomas, who married the former model in 2012, took their sons, Astala, two, and Phaedra, one, to stay at his parents house in London four days before the blonde beauty died, so they could concentrate on their work, which is something he often did.
Sources recently claimed Peaches was secretly visiting a rehab centre near to her home in the weeks before she died to collect prescriptions for methadone, a drug used to help addicts off heroin.
