Taylor Swift gave Florence Welch dating advice.
The 'Shake It Off' hitmaker offered her support to the Florence and the Machine frontwoman following a "complicated on-off relationship", which left Florence in "a sea of tears and confusion".
She said: "I know it sounds a cliché, but she's good to talk to about boys. She knows her stuff."
The 'Dog Days Are Over' hitmaker was at the home of the 25-year-old singer - who has previously dated the likes of Harry Styles, John Mayer and Jake Gyllenhaal - when she sought advice from Taylor and her celebrity pals including Lena Dunham and Reese Witherspoon.
She added to The Sunday Times magazine: "Lena Dunham was there, and Spike Jonze and Reese Witherspoon and Zooey Deschanel, eating pizza, talking about boys.
"I'd already asked loads of taxi drivers and everyone else I'd met [for advice] so I thought why not Taylor Swift and Spike Jonze too?"
It is not the first time Taylor has offered love advice to her friends and fans.
Last year, when one of her supporters posted on Instagram about liking a guy who was already dating someone else, Taylor's response was: "Okay. About this guy ...I think we grow up thinking the only love that counts as true love is the kind that lasts forever or is fully realized ...
"No matter what happens in this situation, I want you to remember that what you are doing is selfless and beautiful and kind. You are loving someone purely because you love them, not because you think you'll ever have your affections reciprocated. (sic)"
