The 25-year-old singer has been dating the Scottish DJ since March this year and has reportedly always insisted on calling him by the name that appears on his birth certificate, Adam Richard Wiles.
A source shared: "Taylor always calls Calvin by his birth name, Adam, and never Calvin in private."
The 'Blank Space' hitmaker, who has previously dated the likes of Harry Styles and John Mayer, is besotted with her new man and always makes an effort to impress him.
The insider said: "Taylor gets all dressed and glammed up whenever she is going to see him to look her best."
Although Taylor has had numerous high-profile relationships, she thinks her love for Calvin is unlike anything she's experienced before.
The source told UsMagazine.com: "She's head over heels. She hasn't been in love like this before!"
Meanwhile, Taylor's good friend Jaime King claimed recently that the chart-topping singer will be an "amazing" mother in the future.
The 36-year-old actress recently made Taylor godmother to her eight-week-old son, Leo Thames, and Jaime thinks her friend is a fantastic role model for young people.
Asked if she thinks Taylor will be a good parent one day, the blonde beauty said: "I mean ... amazing. Have you ever heard her talk at a concert? I'm a fan of anything in her life that she chooses to do."
