Tara Reid says Jedward are like her “naughty little brothers”.

The ‘American Pie’ actress struck up a friendship with the 29-year-old twins – whose real names are John and Edward Grimes – when they appeared on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ together in 2011 and she’s thrilled they got to spend most of the coronavirus lockdown together earlier this year because they are her “best friends”.
She said: "I just love them both so much. Jedward are my best friends. They are the coolest guys ever. "We have been so close since we met in the 'Big Brother' house in 2011.
"There actually were not sharing my home like the press reported, they happened to have their own apartment in the same block as me, so we kind of grouped up together.
"They are two of the funniest people I have ever met in my whole life and they have hearts of gold.
"I can't understand how people can't tell John and Edward apart - to me, they look so different … They are like my two naughty little brothers."
A particular highlight for the 45-year-old actress was when her pals gave an impromptu concert for local residents.
She said: "One of the best moments was when they performed a concert from my balcony. We live in a high-rise and everyone below us was going wild for them.
When she wasn’t hanging out with Jedward, Tara has used her time quarantining at home to focus on her work.
Speaking to Heat magazine, she said: "Being forced to stay at home has given me a chance to get so much work done.
"It's been so awful for my industry colleagues but I've been lucky enough to focus on my thriller blockbuster that is going to be so cool.”
