Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has died aged 45.
The late socialite - who is the goddaughter of Prince Charles - announced she had a brain tumour one year ago, and on Wednesday afternoon (08.02.17) it was announced the brunette beauty had tragically died.
A police spokesperson confirmed: "Police were called by London Ambulance Service at approximately 13:40hrs on Wednesday, 8 February to an address in Bramham Gardens, SW5.
"A woman, aged in her 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene. Next of kin have been informed."
However, it has since been reported the 'I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!' contestant - who took part in the popular show in 2002 - had reportedly passed away almost one week before her body was discovered at her luxurious penthouse in west London.
This news comes after builders, who were working on a lower floor in the apartment, heard a "very loud bang" from her home.
One builder told The Sun newspaper: "We thought about going upstairs to see if everything was OK, but the emergency services arrived a few minutes later. We'd hear her walking around up there.
"But last Friday we heard a very loud bang in the afternoon - like someone or something falling over. We hadn't seen her or heard her since then."
