Demi Moore and Bruce Willis' youngest daughter has left rehab.
Tallulah Willis, who checked into The Meadows facility in Arizona to allegedly seek help for alcohol and drug abuse in late July, was collected by her mother earlier today (03.09.14) after receiving almost six weeks of treatment, according to PEOPLE.com.
The 20-year-old blogger quickly resumed activity on her Instagram account, sharing images from her candid video interview on fashion website Stylelikeu last month, in which she revealed she had struggled with an eating disorder and body dysmorphia when she was younger.
She also insisted she has no regrets about being so open, captioning one shot: "Very grateful to have been apart of @Stylelikeu what's underneath project."
Demi, 51, and Bruce, who also have daughters Scout, 23, and Rumer, 25, reportedly gave Tallulah an "ultimatum" to undergo treatment.
A source previously said: "Tallulah was pretty much given an ultimatum. Her parents were about to take away everything from her."
Another friend claimed Tallulah struggled when Demi checked into rehab for "stress and exhaustion" in 2012 following her split from Ashton Kutcher.
The source said: "When Demi was hospitalised, Tallulah didn't show up to school for days because she was too embarrassed.
"She was very open about Demi's issues and would sort of imply, 'Of course I have issues too, look at my mom.' "
Demi and Bruce, split in 1998 after 11 years of marriage.
The 'Die Hard' actor, 59, also has daughters Mabel, two, and Evelyn, three months, with wife Emma Heming.
