The couple got engaged on Christmas Eve (24.12.20) after five years together and it seems they are planning to waste no time in getting down the aisle as the 'Loose Women' star has revealed they will tie the knot some time in 2021.
The 31-year-old star showed off a new scrap book for her and Joe's "love story", which included her adding key dates in their relationship.
The book read: "Stacey & Joe's Love Story. Fell in love - 2015. Our first home - 2018. We became parents again - 2019. Got engaged - 2020. We're getting married - 2021."
And Stacey - who has son Rex, 19 months, with Joe, as well as Zachary, 12, and Leighton, eight, from previous relationships - explained on Instagram: "My sister sent me some labels for my scrap book so I've put the boys to bed and spent the evening sticking them in by the fire."
The former 'X Factor' contestant ended her social media hiatus to announce her and Joe's festive engagement after the former 'EastEnders' actor - who has 13-year-old son Harry from a previous relationship - popped the question while on a family walk in the woods.
She said: "Sorry for the radio silence. I had everything planned ready to go. I knew exactly what I was doing. And then...
"Today we went for a walk in the woods... Like we always do. But it didn't look the same - actually full-on blubbering as I write this...
"And Joe with our boys, in my favourite place in the world... He asked me to marry him."
Joe, 38, previously admitted he planned to propose when Stacey least expected it.
He said: "She’s not going to expect it. It’s going to take her from the sides.”
