Stacey Solomon worries about dying young.
The 26-year-old star - who has sons Zachary, eight, and Leighton, four from previously relationships - has suffered from anxiety all her life about death and says it is "taking over her life".
She said: "I worry [about death] at 26 because I see people and I read about people losing their life at any age and I have such anxiety about being a single parent and something happening to me.
"I get so worried that I might not be around and then what would they do? It almost takes over my life. Then I sound really ungrateful because I love my life so much. I've got amazing children and an amazing family so then I feel like I'm ungrateful for what I have but I feel it. I was anxious before I had children, it's something that's in me."
And Stacey - who is dating Joe Swash - also revealed she used to get her mum to sleep next to her when she was a child and watch her sleep as she was scared of passing away.
She added: "During [cognitive behavioural therapy], I felt like I was talking about something that wasn't real and I knew it wasn't real. Sometimes I'd get a bad neck and it's all stuff I'd create myself and it was really difficult to feel like it was a real problem ...
"[But now] every time I get a bad thought in my head I try and think of 10 great things instead."
Meanwhile, Stacey also admitted former 'EastEnders' star Joe thinks about death a lot too after losing his father Ricky at a young age.
Speaking on ITV's Loose Women, she shared: "Joe has a real issue with his age. He lost his daddy when he was 37 [from sudden arrhythmic death syndrome] and when I met him, he said to me, 'I don't think I have long left, I'll probably get to the same age as my dad.' He wasn't anxious about it though, he was like, 'Oh well.'"
