Shia LaBeouf has completed an alcohol treatment programme.
The 'Fury' actor appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court yesterday (20.03.15) for a progress hearing in a case relating to his bizarre conduct at a performance of the musical 'Cabaret' last June, when he shouted obscenities, smoked cigarettes and slapped one of the actors on the backside, and was told the case will be dismissed if he stays out of trouble for six months.
Last September, Shia pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, one count of trespass, one count of criminal trespass and harassment in the second degree but the charges will be dropped unless he is rearrested.
Judge Ann Scherzer told him: "As long as you stay out of trouble for...six months from today, this case will be dismissed and sealed."
The 28-year-old actor said nothing during the brief court appearance.
The 'Transformers' star recently spoke out about the incident and admitted he worried he wouldn't survive after he was taken into police custody.
He recalled: ''I get to the station and I quickly realise, I'm not supposed to be here. I'm not made for this set up.
''So I'm like, 'You gotta do something. You gotta do something, man. You're gonna die in here.' So I turn into Tupac and now I'm ripping my shirt off and doing push-ups like, 'Don't mess with me dawg.' And the guy's like, 'What are you in here for?' And I'm like, 'Cabaret'.
''So then they finger print me, do the whole business, and I'm like, 'I gotta get out of this little cell with these six dudes. I'm tripping.' So I figured I'm gonna spit on this cop's shoe, that's my way out.''
