Sharon Osbourne is Nicole Scherzinger's "LA mom".

The two women forged a close bond when they worked on UK TV show 'The X Factor' together and the 'Poison' hitmaker is grateful she can confide in the 'Talk' presenter when she needs advice.
She said: "I am very close to Sharon Osbourne - I can tell her everything. She's really like my LA mom."
Nicole - who split from boyfriend Lewis Hamilton last month after seven years together - really values her female friendships but admits she was always closer to guys when she was young.
She said: "And then there's my friend Kate [Morris]. We met on a show called 'Popstars', auditioning to be in a band that I ended up being in.
"I didn't have very many fans on the show and she was always kind to me - she stayed my friend, faithfully.
"It's funny, growing up I was more of a guy's girl but now I am all about the girls, I'll do anything to help other women...
"I'm compassionate and I see the good in everybody - I love to lift people up."
Nicole has spoken in the past of her battles with bulimia and she admits she would love to give her younger self some advice to be less hard on herself.
She told Britain's HELLO! magazine: "If I could talk to my younger self, I'd have so much to say. I was always very hard on myself. It robbed me of my experiences and any happiness and joy, as I was too focused on how I could be better. I was very insatiable and nothing was ever enough. I was never enough.
"I would say, 'You are enough. Don't be too hard on yourself, give yourself permission to love yourself.' "
