Selena Gomez has slashed the asking price of her Texas mansion by $300,000 after it failed to sell.
The 26-year-old singer first listed her Fort Worth, Texas, home for $3.499 million in 2016, but took it off the market when she could not find a buyer.
She later dropped the price to $3 million when it was relisted in 2017 and knocked a further $100,000 off the price in February 2018.
And Selena has now dropped the price even further, to $2.7 million, in the hopes of finally unloading the palatial pad, according to Architectural Digest.
The five-bedroom, six-and-a-half bath property sits on 1.5 acres of land in Fort Worth and has a number of enticing extras.
Along with the main residence, it features a guest house, swimming pool and spa. There is also an outdoor living area with a fireplace and flat-screen TV.
Selena is also selling her three-bedroom bungalow in Studio City, California, which she purchased last year.
The 'Bad Liar' hitmaker forked out $2.25 million on the picture-perfect home in May 2017 but has put it back on the market for $2.799 million.
The home includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and after being first built in 1951, has undergone three renovations, all of which have been carried out by architect Gus Duffy.
Some of the changes Gus - who has previously worked with Hollywood legends such as Goldie Hawn and Arnold Schwarzenegger - has made to the property include the instalment of floor-to-ceiling windows, and opening up the kitchen.
A swimming pool, a spa, a patio with built-in barbecue area, and a detached guest house are also amongst the key defining features of the impressive home.
