Taylor Swift dressed her cats in Santa hats for her 2020 Christmas cards.
The ‘Cardigan’ hitmaker has begun sending out this year’s festive greetings cards to those on her Christmas list, and it has now been revealed the cards feature her three cats - Olivia, Meredith, and Benjamin - wearing festive themed outfits.
Journalist Kyle Meredith posted pictures of the card on Twitter on Tuesday (08.12.20), and wrote: “Getting a holiday card from @taylorswift13 is a great way to start the season. And cats in Santa hats make it even better. (sic)”
Kyle also shared a picture of the inside of the card, which referenced Taylor’s latest album, ‘Folklore’.
It read: “Wishing you a season of moments so wonderful, they become folklore.
“Love, Taylor Swift and everyone at 13 Management.”
The season’s greetings cards come after Taylor was recently revealed to have donated $13,000 each to two single mothers in need after reading about their situations in a Washington Post article.
The ‘Betty’ singer, 30, opened up her wallet and sent money to Nashville’s Nikki Cornwell, who was behind in rent by $5,000, and wasn’t for certain that her children would get a Christmas they deserved.
In a note to Nikki, Taylor wrote: “Nikki, I read about you in the Washington Post and thought it was really brave of you to share your story. I’m so sorry for everything you’ve had to go through this year and wanted to send you this gift, from one Nashville girl to another. Love, Taylor.”
She also sent money to Shelbie Selewski from Michigan, whose daughter was born with a collapsed lung and was hospitalised for two months.
And in another message written for Shelbie, the singer said: “No one should have to feel the kind of stress that’s been put on you. I hope you and your beautiful family have a great holiday season. Love, Taylor.”
