Scarlett Johansson is selling her home in Los Angeles.
The 'Avengers' actress, who is dating French journalist Romain Dauriac and now spends most of her time in his native Paris and her native New York, has listed her bachelorette pad in Hollywood for $470,000.
The 28-year-old blonde beauty bought the high-rise apartment in 2003 for $372,000 and originally put in on the market around the same time she split from her husband of two years, Ryan Reynolds, in 2010.
The property records show that she tried to sell it twice that year but removed it from the market both times after failing to attract much interest from potential buyers, according to Celebuzz.com.
The designer one-bedroom, two-bathroom property, which was put back on the market on June 17, has been completely remodelled by the notoriously private actress and features gleaming hardwood floors, marble countertops, stone and wood panelled walls.
The apartment is said to have panoramic views of the Hollywood Hills, Griffith Observatory and Downtown Los Angeles.
The building also offers a full list of luxury services, including a pool, gym, valet and 24-hour doorman.
