Sarah Hyland will co-host the Teen Choice Awards later this month.
The 'Modern Family' actress, 23, will present the ceremony with 'Teen Wolf' heartthrob Tyler Posey in Los Angeles on August 10.
The 22-year-old actor, who was announced as a host in June, won a Teen Choice Award for Choice Male Summer TV Star in 2012 for his role on the MTV show.
Dozens of stars, including Taylor Swift, Megan Fox, Hilary Duff, Josh Hutcherson, Bella Thorne, Ansel Elgort, Victoria Justice, Collins Key, Laura and Vanessa Marano, Ian Somerhalder, Odeya Rush, Brenton Thwaites and Ariana Grande, are set to attend this year's event, during which Demi Lovato, Rita Ora, Jason Derulo, MAGIC! and Rixton will all perform.
Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill's movie '22 Jump Street' leads the nominations ahead of this year's ceremony with seven nods, including Choice Summer Movie.
Australian rapper Iggy Azalea snagged five nominations.
'Teen Wolf,' 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians,' 'Pretty Little Liars,' 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier' and 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire,' also received multiple nominations.
The 2014 Teen Choice Awards will air live on Sunday, August 10 at 8pm on FOX.
