Rosie O'Donnell's daughter has been hospitalised.
The former 'The View' presenter recently reconciled with Chelsea O'Donnell but the 19-year-old - who Rosie reported missing in August 2015 - has reportedly undergone a psychiatric evaluation at Long Island hospital.
A source told E! that she is "alert and awake" and "is safe", but there are no further details about when she might be released.
According to Radar Online, Chelsea was admitted to hospital after suffering from a drug overdose.
A rep for the star said they were "not commenting" when the website reached out.
This comes just a week after Rosie, 54, shared a selfie of her and Chelsea on social media on the teenager's 19th birthday.
A week before that, Rosie posted a picture of the pair on her Instagram account and added the caption: "chelsea and me - what a difference a year makes #hopelives.(sic)"
Chelsea had previously claimed her adoptive mother ordered her to leave the family home on August 11, 2015, two weeks before she turned 18.
She said: "She told me to leave and take my dog.
"Rosie said that I was almost 18, and she got all this c**p from work, and she didn't want to have to deal with that at home too.
"Rosie knew I was planning to leave, that's why I think she kicked me out.
"She asked me to talk about what was going on and I didn't want to. So she asked for my phone and my computer. I gave them to her. A few hours later, she told me to leave. I wasn't planning to go until I turned 18 on the 24th."
Rosie reported Chelsea missing in August 2015 but she was later found with her 25-year-old boyfriend Steven Sheerer hours later.
But Chelsea claims when she returned home her bags were packed.
She previously said: "She had two of my bags packed with clothes. Literally 10 minutes after the police had dropped me off at the house, I got in a car and went to a friend's house."
