Robbie Williams has started waxing his back to please his wife Ayda Field.
The 42-year-old British singer was talked into 'manscaping' by the 36-year-old American actress and underwent his first back waxing on Sunday night (28.02.16).
Ayda put on one of Robbie's favourite films, 'Back to the Future Part II', on the television to help relax him but he found the beauty treatment so painful he actually cried at one point.
During an appearance on UK TV show 'Loose Women', Ayda spilled: "It was like our Oscar party last night. I think that since us ladies have to get it done I just felt like it was time for him to embrace that stage of his life and start 'manscaping'.
"He was game to 'manscape', we had 'Back to the Future II' on so the ambience was set. It's only fair that he gets a little waxing after what I went through during childbirth."
Ayda and Robbie have two children, daughter Teddy, three, and 16-month-old Charlton, and during her second birth Robbie provided his fans with live updates from the 17-hour labour via his Twitter and YouTube accounts.
At one point the pop star even serenaded Ayda with a rendition of 'Frozen' theme song 'Let It Go', and she admits the pair did actually have fun in the delivery suite, despite the pain she was in.
Remembering the unusual birth, the 'Fresh Meat' star said: "When that was happening we weren't even thinking about what was happening with our second child. Robbie was singing 'Let It Go' and I was letting it go!
"It was great. I don't know if you can describe a human coming out your hoo-ha as fun, but it was fun! We were having a laugh he was taking the p**s out of himself and it was a good way to pass 17 hours."
Ayda also hinted that she and Robbie could be planning to have another baby, adding: "With my third kid I won't even know it's happening."
