Robbie Williams is "happy" his daughter wants to be a performer.
The 'Candy' singer - who has five-year-old Teddy and three-year-old Charlton with wife Ayda Field - thinks his oldest child will want to follow in her parents' footsteps and it is something he would like to guide and encourage her with.
He said: "Ted is a performer. She came out of the womb with jazz hands!
"She should be doing stuff already because she is just naturally inclined to be a performer and I'm happy about that.
"It's a good job and a nice life and hopefully I can help her avoid the pitfalls I fell down"
While the 43-year-old star would love to have his daughter join him on stage, it's not something he's planning to do because he and Ayda have worked hard to keep their children out of the spotlight.
He told OK! magazine: "I would love to do it all the time but we've chosen to keep the children out of public life.
"So it's difficult because the second I do that, it's an invitation to the world to put their faces in newspaper and right now we've got a good thing going because they can't do that."
While Teddy is a "dream" child who hates being punished, the former Take That singer admitted he and his wife have problems disciplining their son.
He said: "We take it in turns to be the strictest. Ted was the dream because she quickly worked out that she didn't want to be in a time out.
"Charlie does not give a s**t - he'll find things to do in his time out.
"With Charlie, I'm scared because I don't want a two-hour ordeal."
