Robbie Williams is to appear in court to hear allegations that his wife sexually harassed their personal assistant.
The 42-year-old singer and his wife, Ayda Field, tried to get the case dismissed by counter-suing, but a judge has insisted they must attend court in Los Angeles in August to face Gilles De Bonfilhs' claims.
Gilles was paid £35 an hour to run errands for the celebrity couple, but was sacked from the job after 60 days amid claims of misconduct and negligence.
Since then, he has alleged he was sexually harassed by Ayda, who he claims disclosed "information about the nature and frequency of her sexual activity and exposing her naked body".
As part of his claim, Gilles is requesting £17,000 and an apology.
The judge has encouraged both parties to reach a settlement out of court. But if that is not achieved, they will come face-to-face in court.
Meanwhile, the couple released a statement last year in which they strongly denied the accusations, saying they have no "substance".
It read: "The claims being made by a disgruntled former employee, after he was sacked for serious misconduct, are entirely without substance."
