Rob Kardashian is taking Blac Chyna to family court after she was involved in altercation at Six Flags over the weekend.
The 31-year-old reality TV star has launched legal action against Chyna, after she was seen swinging a stroller at a woman during her day out at the amusement park with her daughter Dream, 16 months, and son King, five.
Rob - who is Dream's father - has become increasingly concerned by the behaviour of his ex over recent months and is said to have watched a video clip of the incident at Six Flags in horror, according to TMZ.
Consequently, Rob - whose turbulent relationship with Chyna ended in February 2017 - has instructed his legal team to seek a hearing at which Chyna could be handed some clearly defined rules.
Rob is also concerned about Chyna - who is currently dating 18-year-old YBN Almighty Jay - bringing new men into her home when his daughter is there.
The reality star is angered that he's still having to pay Chyna as much as $20,000-a-month in child support, even though they share custody of their child, and she makes more than he does.
Rob - who is reportedly seeking a massive reduction in child support payments via the court system - has seen his earning potential diminish ever since he was banned from Instagram.
The photo-sharing website decided to ban Rob from the platform after he posted a number of explicit images of Chyna on his page.
Meanwhile, Chyna has defended her behaviour at Six Flags.
Although the reality star admitted violence is never the answer, she hit back at her critics via Instagram.
She wrote: "Being famous is hard enough dealing with scrutiny but when someone feels comfortable to come and touch your child it's a whole other story.
"I do not condone violence nor am I a violent person but shout out to all of the amazing mothers out there that will protect their children at all cost. Love, King and Dreams mommy. (sic)"
