Pamela Anderson's lawyer has told Rick Salomon to "step up and be a man".
The former 'Baywatch' star filed for divorce from her spouse for the third time earlier this week, but her attorney claims Rick - who has requested their union be annulled - has fled town without his daughters Hunter, 18, and Tyson, 16, and is avoiding attempts to serve him divorce papers.
Lawyer Fred Silberberg said: "Rick needs to stop avoiding the process server attempting to serve the divorce papers. He needs to be a man and step up and take care of his minor daughter. Pam wants to sit down with Rick and his attorney to attempt to resolve this matter peacefully."
The lawyer went on to blast the 47 year old for his "unacceptable" behaviour as a parent.
He added: "Rick told Pam last week he was leaving for Las Vegas for two weeks, leaving [his daughter] Tyson at her Malibu Colony house.
"Arranging no alternative care for Tyson, and just leaving town is unacceptable for a father to do."
Rick filed for an annulment of the marriage in Las Vegas but the blonde beauty's lawyer insists his petition is invalid.
He told RadarOnline.com: "Rick doesn't state what the fraud is in the filing in Las Vegas. He owns a house in Las Vegas, but the filing is lacking jurisdiction because neither party has lived in Nevada."
It had been claimed Rick's dog Bumblebee is missing after he left it with his estranged spouse, but the attorney has denied the report.
He said: "The dog is safe. As anyone knows, Pam is a huge animal lover, and does tons of work for their welfare and safety. Rick needs to stop leaking false stories to the press and take responsibility for his actions."
It was claimed earlier this week Pamela had "demanded" Rick make alternative living arrangements for his daughters immediately.
A source close to Rick claims he begged the actress, who has sons Dylan, 16, and Brandon, 18, with ex-husband Tommy Lee, to give him a week or two so he could find a new place for his children to live, but she refused.
The former Playboy model filed court documents seeking to end her marriage to Rick last week and requested spousal support.
The on-again, off-again couple first married in Las Vegas in October 2007, but annulled their union four months later.
They remarried in January 2013, but split again last summer before reuniting a few weeks later, prompting Pamela to cancel her divorce petition.
