Reese Witherspoon offered to produce Amy Schumer's biopic during her acceptance speech on sexism at Glamour's Women of the Year Awards last night (09.11.15).

The 39-year-old actress was honoured with the Game Changers gong at the annual event for her production company Pacific Standard and couldn't help but take a subtle swipe at Hollywood as she walked up on stage to collect her trophy in New York City.
She said: "I hope, Amy Schumer - and all the other incredible nominees - that you'll give me the rights to your biopic first."
However, it wasn't just sexism the blonde beauty felt the need to address as she also made a dig at ageism by claiming she would get stuck playing Amy's grandmother if she was to create the biopic due to her age.
She explained with a straight face: "Although, Amy, I'm five years older than you, so I'll probably have to play your grandmother in the movie, by Hollywood standards, and you'll probably have to play your own mother."
Reese - whose company produced hits 'Gone Girl' and 'Wild' - set up Pacific Standard three years ago and is now determined to make more films with female leads.
Rounding up the hard-hitting acceptance speech, the stunner vowed never to give up on her ambition.
She concluded: "I believe ambition is not a dirty word. It's just believing in yourself and your abilities.
"Imagine this: What would happen if we were all brave enough to believe in our own ability? To be a little bit more ambitious? I think the world would change."
