Reese Witherspoon feels "very lucky" to have a supportive husband in Jim Toth and insists the talent agent had no problem with her stripping down to film raunchy scenes in her upcoming movie, 'Wild.'
Witherspoon insists Jim Toth, whom she married in 2011, had no problem with her stripping down to film raunchy scenes in her upcoming movie 'Wild'.
Asked about the bold role - the Oscar-winning star, who was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction when she tried to stop police taking her husband into custody on suspicion of drunk driving near Atlanta in April 2013 - told PEOPLE.com: "He's always very supportive. I'm very lucky to have a supportive husband."
And Reese admits she found it much more challenging to wear minimal make-up on the set than baring all.
She said: "Oh, I'm southern - I like some makeup! It wasn't easy."
But the blonde beauty, who has 23-month-old son Tennessee with talent agent Jim, recently admitted her 15-year-old daughter, Ava Phillippe, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, was horrified by the erotic scenes.
The actress, who also has son Deacon, 10, with Ryan, said: "There's a lot of explicit sex scenes in this movie and she's like, 'Oh no!' "
The 'Walk the Line' star used 'Girls' actress and writer, Lena Dunham, as inspiration for her role in the film, which focuses on the solo travels of Cheryl Strayed (Witherspoon) as she recovers from an emotional catastrophe.
She said: "I think [Lena]'s changing cultural attitudes with her honestly and willingness to bare all."
