Her manner of death is listed as accidental, with the ‘Issa Photoshoot’ rapper reportedly passing away in hospital after being taken off life support.

Rapper and record executive Gucci Mane, 44, confirmed the death of his former artist, who was born Channing Nicole Larry,, on Instagram, saying: “So sad to have to say R.I.P to such a great young lady.

“A true star we gone all miss you Chant @luvenchanting (crying face and broken-heart emojis.)”

Enchanting signed with Gucci’s 1017 Records in 2020, but left the label after putting out her 2022 record ‘No Luv, per Complex’.

Along with a total of six releases, Enchanting was featured on HBO’s ‘Rap Sh!t’ season two soundtrack.

Enchanting’s 1017 Records profile says she started chasing a music career aged 18 after she graduated from high school.

She told Essence about how music wasn’t her first career choice: “I went through a phase of doing absolutely everything. Like, I was a cheerleader, I was into sports at one point.

“I was doing hair at one point, I tried to do nails.”

But she added about getting into music: “I had a friend, he had a friend that owned a studio, and people knew that I could sing.

“I didn’t really start posting me singing ’til like later in high school.”
