Rachel Bilson celebrated her baby shower with her friends Natalie Portman and Jaime King.
Bilson was surrounded by her friends and family, including the 'Thor' actress and her 'Hart of Dixie' co-star, on Sunday (31.08.14) as they gathered to celebrate the impending birth of her first child.
Guests at the event, which took place a private home in Los Angeles, also included her high school friends, and each visitor gave the 33-year-old beauty the unusual presents and some wisdom.
A source told Us Weekly: "Instead of gifts, everyone brought a birth bead. Each person gave her a piece of advice and a blessing along with the bead.
"She will use the beads for strength during labour."
It was announced in May 2014 that the 'O.C.' star was expecting her first baby with the 'Star Wars' actor Hayden Christensen.
While the couple never officially confirmed the news, an insider believes the brunette stunner is very happy to be expecting a daughter.
They said "She's so excited to be having a baby girl,
"She's wanted it for a long time and is going to be an amazing mom. Everyone is ecstatic for her."
