The blonde beauty - who is expecting her second child with husband Michael Buble - has confessed she's developed a hunger for unhealthy foods and wakes up at all hours of the night desperate to satisfy her cravings.
She shared: "Unlike with Noah, I'm craving things like hamburgers, hot dogs, fried eggs, sweets. I try to eat healthily, but then I wake up at three in the morning wanting a peanut butter sandwich."
The 28-year-old model also revealed her love for black pudding has returned with her second pregnancy.
Asked if Michael makes the sandwiches for her, she said: "Yes. He's great. I also want to eat black pudding all the time. I felt that way giving birth, I couldn't stand it."
Luisiana - whose son Noah is two - has revealed she's expecting another baby boy but has admitted she's been told two different answers over the past few months.
She explained to HELLO! magazine: "I did two ultrasounds. In the first one, I was told it was a baby girl and in the last one, they said it's a baby boy."
Asked whether she'd like a little brother or sister for Noah, Luisiana added: "Perhaps it would be good if it were a boy, but only because Noah would have a partner in crime."
