Pippa Middleton hinted she would like to sign up for Strictly Come Dancing.
The Duchess Of Cambridge’s sister expressed her interest in the ballroom after learning the how to flamenco dance for her 30th birthday celebrations last month, and claims the traditional Spanish dance has “inspired" to practice her moves in case she’s ever needed on the BBC show.
Pippa described her amateur attempts to learn the moves as “awkward” after taking a series of lessons from professional flamenco dance instructor, Jesus Olmedo.
In her column for the Telegraph newspaper, she recalled: “I turn my wrists in a clumsy fashion…Do I really look like that? Why so awkward? I hide behind Jesus, copying his footwork and soaring arm movements.”
Following the gruelling dance session the 30-year-old beauty said it would be “fun” to appear on Strictly, which would see Len Goodman, Darcey Bussel, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood judge the socialites new dance skills.
Pippa added: “Learning the flamenco has inspired me – think Dirty Dancing. I’m working on the meringue, the cha-cha and of course the lift – Johnny and Baby style. Good practice in case I’m ever asked on Strictly…Now that would be fun!”
