Piers Morgan is set to return to 'America's Got Talent' as a guest judge.
The 50-year-old TV personality - who was a judge on the talent show for six seasons from 2006 to 2011 - will join current panellists Howard Stern, Heidi Klum, Mel B and Howie Mandel to help pick 36 acts for the live performances.
Writing on Twitter ahead of the season ten premiere last night (26.05.15), he said: "What made me go back on @nbcagt ? Well, @heidiklum & her bullhorn were pretty compelling reasons."
Other celebrity guests that are set to join the regular judges on the panel this summer are 'How I Met Your Mother' star Neil Patrick Harris, singer Michael Bublé and comedic actor Marlon Wayans.
They will appear on the popular reality show one after the other, for a week each and will be able to use the Golden Buzzer to save their favorite act - sending them to the live semi-finals without any consultation from the permanent judges.
Soon after moving to the US in 2006, Piers - who is married to second wife Celia Walden - joined the 'AGT' panel.
Following his exit from the talent show in 2011 he hosted his own CNN talk show which was cancelled last year.
Meanwhile, the controversial star is also due to make a cameo appearance in the upcoming 'Entourage' movie.
