Pharrell Williams is selling his Miami penthouse for $10.9 million.
But the 'Happy' hitamker is unlikely to be feeling as good as his successful song title about the price as he purchased the plush pad for $1.6 million more in 2007.
The 42-year-old singer's luxury abode would be fabulous for any 'Family Guy' fanatics as there are several works of art depicting the characters from the adult animated sitcom on the walls of the five-bedroom home.
The two-storey property has a huge living area and the successful buyer is unlikely to be caught short in the penthouse as it comes with an incredible six-and-a-half bathrooms.
It's hard to imagine the walls in Pharrell's property without being covered in pictures of Stewie Griffin and his pet dog Brian - 'Family Guy' again - as well as a copy of Pharrell's interview by Michael Jackson for Interview Magazine back in 2003.
But one area of the house where you can easily imagine spending a fair few hours is the home theatre, which comes complete with red leather seats.
If you'd prefer to be out admiring the Miami heat then step outside the house and take in the picturesque 360-degree views of the city's skyline and the Atlantic Ocean.
But an outdoor area is not complete with its own barbecue, pool and of course a rooftop terrace, and this is exactly what potential buyers will get if they decide to purchase Pharrell's pad.
