Jennie Garth and her ex-husband Peter Facinelli have sold their house for $2 million less than the original asking price.
The former couple, whose divorce was finalised in June, sold the property they used to share with their daughters, Luca Bella, 15, Lola Ray, nine, and Fiona Eve, six, in Toluca Lake, Los Angeles, for $3.99 million to 'The Big Bang Theory' co-creator and executive producer, Bill Prady.
The 'Twilight Saga' star and the former 'Beverly Hills 90210' actress bought the house in 2003 for $1.35 million and lived there until they separated in January 2012 after 11 years of marriage, according to the LA Times.
They then put it on the market for $5.9 million.
The property, which was built in 1937 and was previously owned by country singer Tex Ritter, boasts a formal dining room, six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two master bedroom suites, gym, bar, games room and dual offices.
In a joint statement at the time of their break-up, Jennie and Peter, who share joint custody of their daughters, insisted they would stay "dedicated" to raising their children "together".
They said: "While we have decided to end our marriage, we both share the same deep love and devotion to our children.
"We remain dedicated to raising our beautiful daughters together. We ask for privacy and respect during this time."
