The singer and reality TV star shared a picture of the saucy card on Instagram, along with a bouquet of flowers, but he later deleted it.
The racy card read: "Peter, your massive heart is one reason why I love you. Your massive willy is another."
He captioned the post: "Lovely flowers my wife got me... no idea who the card's from."
Peter's post comes just months after a 2001 interview with his former lover Rebekah Vardy surfaced, in which she dismissed his prowess in the bedroom and compared his penis to a small sausage.
An insider said at the time: "He will be so mortified that Becky's comments about him have hit headlines again.
"Not only is it utterly humiliating for him to have his manhood discussed in such a crude way, but it also makes him look like a real ladies' man, which is his worst nightmare.
"No man would ever want anyone to say they are terrible in bed. It's the stuff of nightmares!"
However, Peter, 44, joked about the situation, by sharing a picture of a man standing next to a huge sausage and writing: "Now that's a banger :)"
Meanwhile, recently admitted he tried to have a sex education talk with his oldest son but admits he found it "uncomfortable".
The star has attempted to have the "birds and the bees" chat with 12-year-old Junior - his son with ex-wife Katie Price - but it didn't go so well, and he's dreading having to do so again in the near future when it becomes even more important.
He said: "I've tried [to have the chat] but I keep getting uncomfortable. The first time it was brought up, he asked me at the age of eight what a virgin was and I told him it was an airline. He said, 'Dad, don't be so smart', and I replied, 'Son, you're asking me and I'm telling you.'
"But then he looked all smug and said, 'You know what? I know what a virgin is anyway.' So we were alright there but now I have to actually explain things seriously to him, which I'm finding quite hard."
The 'Mysterious Girl' hitmaker also has 10-year-old daughter Princess with Katie and Amelia, four, and 15-month-old Theo with Emily.
