Peter Andre is hoping for an invite to Prince George's first birthday party after joking his invitation to the royal baby's christening must have "got lost in the post".
The reality TV star - whose pregnant partner Emily MacDonagh is more than six months pregnant - joked his invite to the three-month-old son of Prince William and Duchess Catherine's christening last week must have been lost in the post, but he is confident of attending the little one's birthday bash with his own newborn baby.
Peter - who also has son Junior, eight, and daughter Princess Tiaamii, six, with ex-wife Katie Price - said: "The royal baby was christened last week - a lovely piece of news to brighten the winter doom and gloom!
"It's great that Wills and Kate kept the ceremony quite intimate, too. Obviously, my invite must have got lost in the post, but maybe I can be there for George's first birthday party next year!"
The 40-year-old star - who has kids Junior, eight, and Princess, six, with ex-wife Katie Price - also hinted he might get his and Emily's upcoming new arrival christened because he thinks it is a "beautiful tradition".
He added in his column for new! magazine: "I wasn't christened myself and neither were Junior and Princess. I don't know if our new addition will be christened, but I think it's a beautiful tradition."
