The 'Saturday Night Live' star - who is engaged to singer Ariana Grande - fumed at the 'Bound 2' rapper, who has bipolar disorder, after his pro-Trump speech on the show the previous week.

Speaking on 'Saturday Night Live' on October 6, Pete - who has borderline personality disorder - said: "So, speaking strictly for myself, what Kanye said after we went off the air last week was one of the worst, like, most awkward things I've ever seen here ... Kanye, I know you're like, 'Yo, this is the real me, I'm off the meds.' Take 'em! There's no shame in the medicine game! ... Being mentally ill is not an excuse to act like a jack***. I'm quoting my therapist, my mom and my mailman."

Kanye has had a controversial week, previously taking to Twitter to say he thinks America should abolish the constitutional amendment that outlaws slavery.

He wrote: "this represents good and America becoming whole again. We will no longer outsource to other countries. We build factories here in America and create jobs. We will provide jobs for all who are free from prisons as we abolish the 13th amendment. Message sent with love (sic)"

And Kanye - who is married to television personality - Kim Kardashian West later tried to clarify his comments, insisting it just needed changing rather than abolishing completely.

He said: "the 13th Amendment is slavery in disguise meaning it never ended We are the solution that heals. not abolish but. let's amend the 13th amendment We apply everyone's opinions to our platform (sic)"
