Professional ballroom couple Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd will both be on the next season of 'Dancing with the Stars'.
The engaged couple used an interview on 'Good Morning America' on Tuesday (21.02.17) to announce that Peta will be re-joining her fiancée on the ABC TV show for this year's series following the birth of their first child together.
Peta - who welcomed son Shai into the world on January 4 - said: "I'm definitely a little bit nervous, but I'm very excited to get back. I've definitely missed the dancefloor. I haven't been able to defend my title, so I want to get back out there."
Maksim couldn't hide his competitive streak and jokingly revealed he wasn't worried about going up against Peta with their respective celebrities.
The 37-year-old hunk - who was partnered with Amber Rose for the last series - quipped: "I'm not at all afraid of this one. I don't know if everyone remembers the history, but last time we were together on the same season, I won. I don't care how many balls she has ... I just want to make coming back and winning as difficult as possible [for her]."
Peta, 30, is slowly returning to training following the birth but admits she will be taking her dance and exercise regime slowly.
She said: "I just want to be healthy, it's going to take a little bit longer to get to back up to the fitness I had before. I think it's going to be OK, I'm going to take it slowly, and hopefully I have an awesome partner to go through all this with."
And Maksim also opened up on what life for him and Peta has been like with their baby son Shai in the first few weeks of his life.
He said: "It's definitely a special time, I always wanted to have kids. I never thought it would be like this, you just can't stop staring."
