Paula Lane loves the "chaos" of being a working mother.
The 'Coronation Street' actress - who has eight-month-old son Arthur with husband Tom Shaw - admits it can be "hard" juggling work with raising her baby but she feels lucky that the little boy is so content as it makes things easier.
She said: "It's been very hard but I've got a great support network at home and at work.
"I've not had sleepless nights either, I've been very lucky. He's a very good baby and very content. It's a whole new ball game but I love the chaos."
The 29-year-old actress hates it when work means she doesn't get home before Arthur goes to bed so she tries to make the most of the time they do get together.
She told OK! magazine: "I don't do any work until he goes to bed. Sometimes I miss him when he's gone to bed and I'm not even home from work yet.
"It's hard when you don't see your baby's eyes open for three days in a row. But mummy time is mummy time and as soon as he's in bed I can concentrate more - and there's no little hands trying to grab my script."
